Animals
domesticated species available to the model
Each animal profile carries the species' fixed biophysics — meat yield per kill, milk yield per day, gestation and lactation windows, age at sexual maturity, breeding expectancy. The per-scenario parameter rows nested under each animal describe how that species behaves in a specific run: percent of the diet it contributes, common vs specific grazing land, fallow-usage priority, and the fodder crops it consumes. The fallow-usage priority is a three-level system (high / medium / low) — useful for scenarios that grant cattle first call on fallow near the settlement (for dairy and traction), letting smaller stock graze the outer zones.
